Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Instructors to join our team and deliver top-tier education as part of our PCB Manufacturing Boot Camp. While knowledge of PCB manufacturing is welcome, we prioritize candidates with strong teaching backgrounds who are eager to mentor and inspire students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an engaging curriculum covering the PCB manufacturing process, including imaging, lamination, plating, solder masking, final finishes, and quality inspection.
- Provide theoretical instruction and hands-on training to ensure students gain both knowledge and practical skills.
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster learning.
- Collaborate with industry experts and fellow instructors to ensure curriculum aligns with current industry standards and practices.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and professional learning environment for all students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven teaching or training experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
- PCB manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required—we welcome those passionate about teaching and willing to learn.
