As we continues to see expansion in this still-maturing Missouri market we are looking for a dependable and dedicated, full-time Delivery Driver to join our team. Ideally, you have a strong passion for people and the plant. This is an essential role that will work cross-functionally with our team and our clients. We hope to have this position filled as soon as possible.

Job Summary
Our Delivery Driver is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of our goods to dispensaries across the state of Missouri. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining delivery schedules. As a team member, you will report to our Logistics Manager and your duties will include loading vehicles for deliveries, verifying that orders are accurate and complete, and delivering finished goods. This role requires strict adherence to all Missouri regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry protocols to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of customer service. You'll interact with our customers daily, so a friendly and professional demeanor is essential.
Schedule: 4 (four) - 10 Hour shifts weekly, with potential for overtime during longer routes or busier periods. Days may start as early as 7am; end times depend on routes.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
● Perform required pre-trip inspection and paperwork
● Responsible for loading and unloading vehicle safely, with proper lifting technique
● Pick up and transport parcels, packages, and all other incoming/outgoing promotional materials
● Follow approved delivery schedules, routes, and drop-off/pick-up areas
● Responsible for reviewing and verifying manifest for accuracy at each approved stop
● Responsible for the tracking, security, and accurate delivery of items to an approved point of contact
● Responsible for adhering to security procedures for all facilities
● Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all confidential information
● Responsible for adhering to all DCR regulations
● Practice safe driving procedures
● Provide friendly customer service to every client
● Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned
Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)
● High School Diploma
● At least 25 years of age
● Able to lift 50 pounds
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Must pass a Federal background check with fingerprinting and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery in the state of Missouri.
● Comfortable working/driving long hours at night or in inclement weather
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
● Able to accurately follow/read GPS/Google Maps
● Comfortable with being recorded on camera. (All work for this position is under video surveillance and GPS tracking.)

● Knowledge of Missouri geography
● Commercial driving experience
● Experience driving 12' Box Trucks or larger
● Knowledge of the cannabis plant and/or passion for the industry
● Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required
● Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and evening
